Sometimes the greatest transformation happens when we come together to share, explore and learn from and with each other. In a small group, this coaching program allows each person to delve into their own challenge, looking at it through multiple different lenses and using exercises to help uncover what exactly is the crux of the difficulty. Using the group for accountability, members identify the actions they want to take, and continue working on the issue in between sessions. With renewed motivation and insight, use this opportunity to crack an issue that has been bugging you, and create lasting change.
