Trackdown Worksheet

I love this exercise.  This is useful for times when you are feeling emotionally triggered, wound up or stuck on something that has happened.

The 'trackdown' process is taken from a book called 'Staying OK' by Amy & Tom Harris.  It uses the principles of a branch of psychotherapy called Transactional Analysis.
